Do I need cycling shoes?
You do not NEED clip in cycle shoes for most of our classes. Our Schwinn bikes have buckles on the pedals to ride with regular sneakers. Our bikes are compatible with SPD clips (NOT DELTA/Peloton clips).
We do recommend clip in shoes for our SPIN + SCULPT class because this class is more advanced and you will be up and out of the saddle.
We do not allow sandals, slippers, crocs, or any unsafe shoes during class. Be sure to bring safe footwear.

Do you have yoga mats?
You bet we do! We have yoga mats, blocks, straps, and all the supplies you'll need for yoga class. We do not currently charge for borrowing our equipment.
You are also welcome to bring your own props if that serves you best!

How early should I show up for class?
Please show up 10 minutes early to class to secure your bike/mat and appropriate props. If it's your first time at our studio, allow yourself 15+ minutes to find parking- our main entrance is slightly hidden.
Plus we'd love to show you the studio and help you set up your bike if applicable.

I am a beginner. What classes should I start with?
Cycle: Any power or rhythm class is a great one to start with! Just let your instructor know you are new to riding. They are all certified and well trained to help you!
Yoga: We offer several types of yoga practice, and each instructor has their own style and intensity. If you are new to yoga, a great class to start is STRETCH + FLOW, HATHA, or VINYASA.
Try POWER VINYASA or SCULPT after you've had a few sessions in other classes.

Do you have a trial offer?
We sure do! We offer 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $49. This is a great way to try out all of our classes and get to know the studio and instructors! Here's a link to learn more.
